At the beginning of 2011, Huali Coating trade union organized new year staffs sport meet. There are five items, Male tug of war, Female tug of war, Male shoot, Female shoot. Female and Male tug of war. More than 200 staffs joined the competition.
Sports meet is the fixed routine activity since Huali Coating created labour relationship harmonious enterprise. Every year, there are total more than 5 items. 15000 RMB is sports competition awards specialized planning of labour union dues. During sports meet, chairman, managers and staffs joined the competition together.
