On 20th September, the development zone of Wukang town "Huali Coating" Cup welding skill competition was held in Huali Coating Company. This competition was jointly launched by Wukang town development zone, country labour union and country labour bureau. The professional teachers of Huzhou Technical School served as judges. The chairman of country labour union Sun Rongde, vice-director of development zone Lin Liqun, vice-secretary of Wukang town Ding Yanying, vice-director of country Labour & Social Insurance Bureau, vice-general manager of Huali Coating Lv ping participated in the inaugural ceremony.

The competition adopted number of contestants and played the team race by three contestants as a team. Through the theory examination and practical operation, judged the 10 Individual Grants and 6 Group Grants. There were 10 enterprises sent people to participate in competition in Wukang town and development zone, counted up to 12 competition teams and 36 participators. During this competition, Huali Coating sent 9 welders to form 3 competition teams. Through the one day's theory examination and practical operation, the participators of Huali coating gained the good results. They swept one Individual First Prize, two Individual Second Prizes, one Individual Third Prize, one Group First Prize, one Group Second Prize, one Group Third Prize, Sum up to 7 awards.

Company labour union had organized employees to participate in country skill competition and training many times andheld company internal company welding competition.
